Cambodia is currently open to tourists, as long as they quarantine.
A test will be administered on arrival which will be followed by a 14-day quarantine or self-isolation. Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be presented on departure. Foreign travelers must present evidence of insurance that includes a minimum of $50,000 USD for COVID-19 medical cover. The government is now imposing charges on non-nationals for lab testing, medical treatment, and accommodation. Travelers are required to make a $2,000 USD deposit on arrival.
Major cities have been tired into zones to categorize restrictions. Movement in and out of ‘red’ zones is prohibited and only essential travel is allowed. Travel between ‘yellow’ zones is allowed. A curfew remains in place for ‘red zones, between the hours of 8 pm and 3 am. Social gatherings are limited to a maximum of 15 people. Face masks are not required but are recommended in public spaces and on public transportation. Restaurants are opened at reduced capacity. Bars and nightclubs are closed.
