China Mandates & Restrictions

International travel to China is not permitted, unless you want an anal swab.

Anal swabs are required for entry. All travelers must undergo health checks on arrival followed by a 14-day quarantine at the first point of entry, at a government-designated location.

In most of China, there are mandatory requirements to check temperatures, use health apps, and scan QR codes in order to prove your travel history. These requirements apply to all transportation hubs, hotels, and commercial buildings. Face masks are required in public places and transportation. Bars, restaurants and clubs are open with reduced capacity.
