The Dominican Republic one of six countries fully open to tourists without any tests, quarantine or COVID vaccine.


Travelers are not required to provide pre-departure testing to enter the Dominican Republic. However, airlines may require proof of a negative COVID-19 test for boarding.


Face masks are required in public spaces and on public transportation. Restaurants are open, with seating limited to a maximum of 6 people per table. Bars and nightclubs remain closed. Curfew is established throughout the country every day from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with free circulation until 1:00 a.m.
