Iceland is partially open to tourists and a test or vaccination certificate is required.
Requirements
Tourists visited a country outside of Europe or transited for more than 24 hours in the previous 14 days, Travelers may provide their EU Digital Certificate in paper or digital format as proof of vaccination, negative test result, or previous recovery, travelers will need an ‘essential reason’ to enter. passengers arriving in Iceland without proof of vaccination or prior infection, must undergo two more PCR tests: one at the border upon arrival, and another 5 days after the first. Between the two tests, a quarantine of 5 days is mandatory.
