Lithuania is partially open to tourists and quarantine is required.
Requirements
Tourists are not allowed to enter Lithuania. Specific professions with entry approval from the government, including travel for studies are allowed to enter Lithuania. Travelers who have a valid certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, are exempt from testing and quarantine, they may also provide their EU Digital Certificate in paper or digital format as proof of vaccination, requirements. Travelers are required to self-isolate for up to 10 days on arrival. The period of self-isolation can be reduced if a PCR test is taken on day 7 and a negative test result is received.
