Luxembourg Mandates & Restrictions

Luxembourg is open to tourists and quarantine is required unless vaccinated.


Tourists who have visited or transited India within 14 days prior to arrival are required to quarantine for 7 days on arrival. A COVID-19 test must be taken from the sixth day, those who are not tested will be required to quarantine for a further 7 days. Tourists who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from testing requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure. The vaccine must be authorized by the European Medicines Agency and issued by an EU Member State or Schengen Area Member State.


Face masks are required in all indoor public spaces and on public transportation. Restaurants are open with seating limited to a maximum of 4 people indoors and 10 people outdoors. Nightclubs will open with low capacity.
