Malaysia Mandates & Restrictions

Malaysia is currently closed to tourists, with very few exceptions.

Travelers are required to quarantine for 14 days at a government-approved facility and a COVID-19 test will be administered on day 10 of this period.

Face masks are required in public places and public transport. Restaurants may open for delivery services only, with reduced hours. Bars and nightclubs are still closed. Updated August 3, 2021
