All of Canada is open to tourists, however a two dose vaccine record prior to 14 days of arrival is required.


Manitoba is expanding the vaccine passport benefit for fully immunized individuals that will enable businesses, services and events to be available without capacity limits or public health restrictions as of Sept. 3
A person who enters or remains in an indoor public place must wear a mask in a manner that covers their mouth, nose and chin without gapping.
14 days of self-isolation is still required for people returning or coming to Manitoba from all jurisdictions if they have received one or no vaccine doses

  • Indoor gatherings at an indoor public place or the common areas of a multi-unit residence limited to 50 people or 50 per cent of capacity, whichever is greater.
  • Outdoor gatherings in public setting limited to 1,500 people or if the outdoor venue has a capacity limit, the allowed capacity is 50 per cent or 150 people, whichever is greater.
