New York has been one of the strictest states during the pandemic. They are only now starting to lift restrictions, however, Mayor De Blasio announced that vaccine passports will be required for most business in New York City.
Since April 17, 2020, a face mask mandate has been in place in the state in all public spaces when unable to maintain physical-distancing measures, such as using public transportation. As of June 25, New York state dropped all travel restrictions.
