Panama is open to international travel.


Proof of a negative PCR or antigen test, taken within 48 hours prior, must be provided on departure. Travelers who have visited high-risk countries, within the previous 15 days, and arriving without a valid test result will be required to take a rapid COVID-19 test on arrival, followed by a 3-day quarantine. A nationwide curfew is in effect on weekdays from midnight to 4 am, regional curfews may also be in place. Face masks are required in enclosed environments and while on public transport. Restaurants are open with reduced capacity. Bars that offer food may open, as alcohol can only be served with meals. Bars must close by 11 pm. Nightclubs are still closed.
