Singapore is open to international travel for “essential reasons” only.


Travelers from Hong Kong and Macao, regardless of vaccination status, can now apply for an air travel pass to enter Singapore. For Connect@Singapore travelers, a second PCR test will be administered on arrival, and isolation is required until a negative result is confirmed. Travelers must undergo 14-day mandatory isolation at an appointed facility. Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on arrival.


Face masks are required in public places and public transport. Restaurants and Bars are open with adapted safety measures in place. Indoor service is permitted until 1 am at reduced capacity.. Nightclubs remain closed
