Slovakia is partially open for tourists and quarantine is required.
Tourists who will provide COVID-19 vaccinations can take a test immediately after arrival to avoid self-quarantine. This includes certification for the first dose of a two-dose vaccine, if administerest at least 21 days before arrival and no more than 90 days, or the final dose of a two-dose or one-dose vaccine, if administered at least 21 days before arrival, and no more than one year.
Travelers may provide their EU Digital Certificate in paper or digital format as proof of vaccination. Health documents provided this way will not require further verification on arrival.
FFP2 masks are required in public places and public transport. Regular face masks are allowed in schools and outdoors. Masks do not need to be used outdoors if a distance of 5 metres can be maintained. Public gatherings are banned in certain regions. Restaurants and bars are open for take-away and delivery. Nightclubs remain closed
