South Korea is open to travel for those with a valid entry permit or visa.
Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of a WHO-approved vaccine, are exempt from quarantine requirements. Travelers are required to quarantine for 14 days on arrival, unless vaccinated. Most short-term foreign travelers are required to quarantine at a government facility. The cost range per night is $100-150 USD and must be paid by the traveler. Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, to be provided upon departure
Face masks are required in public places and public transport. In regions outside of Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi masks are not required outdoors for those who have received at least one dose of a vaccine. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are open with reduced capacity.
