Foreign nationals with a valid negative PCR/RAT test or a certificate of full vaccination that meets Ukrainian requirements do not have to quarantine on arrival in Ukraine.
– A negative PCR test, taken no more than 72 hours in advance of their arrival in Ukraine.
– A rapid test for COVID-19 antigens (RAT), taken no more than 72 hours in advance of their arrival in Ukraine. These requirements do not apply to children under 12 years of age.
Masks are not required outside, but are required in all public buildings, transportation and shops. Hospitality sector is mostly closed, including restaurants (except for takeout/delivery), bars, nightclubs and gyms.
